Report Housing Discrimination

How Your Rights May Have Been Violated

Discrimination in accessing housing or help, being kicked out from housing, or having your support terminated since you are a survivor of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual attack, or stalking; failure to get notification of tenancy rights or certification type under VAWA; being rejected housing or housing-related rights or otherwise penalized for reporting criminal offenses and emergency situations; or being struck back versus for seeking or exercising VAWA rights for yourself or another.

Applicable Law and Protected Classes
